To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
Returns may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.
Please securely package the item and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
